Boys Weekend...

Daddy & Alexander are about to embark on a Boys Weekend! Mommy is going away for a few days with some friends so the boys are holding down the fort at home.

The way the weekend worked out Alexander will get to see both Mimi and Papi on Saturday and then Grandma and Pop-Pop on Sunday. What a lucky little boy! Plus, this also helps Daddy with an extra set of hands if he needs it.

And while the boys will be at home having fun, Mommy will be with friends but missing the boys back home A LOT. (I know because I broke out in hives...)

Boys Time...

Things went very well with Daddy & Alexander while Mommy was away for a few days.

Alexander was very cooperative each morning as Daddy got both Alexander & himself ready. There were only a few moments during bedtime where Alexander was fussy/asking for Mommy but he did eventually calm down.

Daddy even told Alexander where Mommy took her trip and he replied with "hamas".

Bonding Time...

This was a big week for Daddy & Alexander! Not only were they home together on Tuesday (Alexander's sick day), but Mommy had plans to go see the Five Bad Boys from the Beantown Land on both Thursday & Friday.

This meant that Daddy & Alexander got to do dinner, bathtime, and bedtime together for two nights in a row!

Earlier in the week I was apprehensive only in the sense that Alexander's teeth has been bothering him and he's been waking up wanting to cuddle with Mommy. So I was hoping that since I wasn't here and if he did wake up, Alexander would let Daddy calm him down.

Thankfully, the boys did just swimmingly and Alexander slept fine! And Mommy had fun seeing the original boys...
