Snow Day...

We had YET another snow day this week...as we got about 15.5" of snow again this week! The snow is getting so high there's no where to put it anymore - it's just so high! While Alexander & I were home on Wednesday, I asked him if he wanted to go out & play...his response (and I quote):
"No thanks Momma, it's quite chilly. There's so much snow you need to carry me and that's no fun really"

Snow Day...

We had yet another snow day on Friday....and supposedly we have yet another snow storm brewing for next week. According to Daddy, we have no idea where we are going to put any more snow! However, Mommy & Alexander had a great time with the snow! We shoveled the driveway and then we went in the backyard to build a snowman. The snow was too light so we weren't able to make a solid snowman. We made snow angels instead!

Snow Day...

A blizzard hit the NorthEast on Wednesday which meant: SNOW DAY! Alexander & Daddy stayed home for the snow day and enjoyed themselves! They went out to shovel & then they went sledding next door with our neighbors, Carly & Matty. The kids had a blast! And for the record - we got about 20" of snow!

Snow Day - Again...

It's 8:26pm Sunday night and Alexander's school has already been cancelled for tomorrow. Talk about early!

Thankfully, Dan will be able to stay home with Alexander as I have a morning full of meetings that I can't miss.

Is it Spring yet? I'm quite ready for winter/snow to be over with ...

Snow Day... Again.

Alexander has his first full official snow day. Although the snow day was called in before the snow even started, Alexander is staying home with Daddy today.

Mommy has to go into work, but I won't be staying the whole day - plus the roads are supposed to get worse and we're expected to get 8-15" when it's all said & done.

Good Grief...
