Sleep Over...

Sunday night, Alexander had a sleep over at Mimi & Papi's so they could bring him to the town beach near their house on Monday.
Monday morning after breakfast, Mimi & Alexander headed over to the playground! Alexander loved climbing by himself & going up high in the swings. After the playground, they headed over to the beach. This was Alexander first visit to a beach! Papi brought him in the water. He loved digging in the sand, making castles. Everyone had a great time!

5th Annual Pinewood Derby

For the past 5 years, Chris & Chris hold a Pinewood Derby. We've gone every year and participated in the first 3 and support for the past 2. Next year we'll work on a car for Alexander.
Last year Alexander was only 3 months and just finished his first week of daycare. This year he was able to watch & take in the festivities...he was very excited when Daddy stood him at the end of the track and watched the cars come down. He was also able to go play at the playground & swings with Daddy.

Playground...

Saturday afternoon, we all went over to the playground that is across the street from our house. It really is quite convenient to have a playground that close. It was warmer earlier in the day which is why we had the idea to go over and then go and get ice cream. However, the colder weather creeped in so we just stuck to the playground idea.
He loves going thru tunnels and going down slides. Daddy was even showing him how to turn around in the tunnel so he can get out or go the other way. He did really well.


Yes, I do exist. A few people have commented that I'm not in any pictures and that it's always Daddy. So here I am...
