Weekly Glance...
Weekly Glance (Monday, October 10th - Sunday, October 16th, 2011)
- Alexander had a really good week at school
- No issues or timeouts at all and did very well with his behavior and listening
- Monday afternoon, Mimi came to school to pick up Alexander to spend the afternoon together
- Alexander & Mimi played mini golf and went back to their house to make a birthday sign for Papi
- They went over Gary & Sharon's house to have ice cream cake and sing Happy Birthday to Papi with Chris & Claire
- Monday night, Mimi, Papi, Alexander & Auntie met Mommy and we all went out to dinner for Papi's birthday
- Pajama Day on Tuesday - Star Wars jammies
- Scheduled for Favorite Book day on Thursday - he brought in "Hello Wally"
- Thursday night, Alexander & Mommy went for our date night to dinner and the bookstore
- Friday night we all played a game of 'ball-throwing' before bed where it was Alexander & Daddy against Mommy, but Mommy held her own
- Had a very busy yet good weekend
- Saturday: soccer, Michael's birthday party, over Uncle Matt's, went to cousin Nick's football game
- Alexander & Daddy went apple picking with the family as Grandma & Pop pop were up from NJ for Michael's birthday
- After apple picking, Alexander came home and hung out with Cassie (she came over to watch him for a few hours)
- Cassie took Alexander to the park
- Alexander & Mommy watched the Patriots game & then had a nice quiet night

Weekend Activities...
We had a very busy weekend - Alexander did a great job with all of the different activities but more importantly he had a blast!
Saturday
Saturday morning started with soccer in the morning. I don't know what was different about this week but all 4 boys did a really good job - both with listening and with the actual drills. Alexander actually had a solid 30 minutes of good drills, good ball handling, good technique.
After soccer, Daddy & Alexander went to cousin Michael's birthday party. It was an indoor playplace where the kids played on jumpees & played on soccer turf. Then they all sang Happy Birthday to Michael. From there, Alexander & Daddy went back to uncle Matt's house to hang out with everyone for a while before they went to cousin Nick's football game.
Alexander & Daddy stayed for all of the game as Alexander really likes watching Nick play football. His voice was a bit hoarse from being outside in the chill air - let's hope he doesn't get sick!
Sunday
Sunday was another busy day! Sunday morning was a relaxing morning, playing Wii with Daddy. (For the record, on Mommy's morning Alexander woke at 5:30a; on Daddy's morning he woke at 7am) They then went apple picking with the rest of the family for a few hours.
Daddy & Alexander came home and then it was the time Alexander has been talking about for 4 days - Cassie was coming over! Mommy had a baby shower and Daddy was going to the Patriots game, so Cassie came over to watch Alexander for a few hours. He was so excited. Cassie & Alexander went to a nearby park, where they also met up with another teacher from school and her daughter. Cassie said they played baseball and the two kids ran and ran and ran. They got home right before Mommy did.
Then Mommy & Alexander cuddled on the couch and watch the rest of the Patriots game - where the Patriots won and we did our own little dance! The little guy was asleep pretty quickly tonight!

Hello Wally...
For the month of October, rather that the mystery box, Alexander and his friends each had their own day to bring in their favorite book.
Alexander picked "Hello Wally"
His day to bring in his favorite book was October 13th and he was so excited! He said Miss Katie read his book and he said she was funny reading it.

Today was Pajama Day and Alexander chose his Star Wars jammies!
And to make them more authentic I showed him my light saber! He looked like a true Jedi!

Birthday Fun...
Today is Papi's birthday and to celebrate (and because it's Columbus Day), Alexander is going to spend the afternoon with Mimi & Papi.

Weekly Recap...
Weekly Recap (Monday, October 3rd - Sunday, October 9th, 2011)
- Had a great week at school
- Sleeping was definitely off this week
- Went to Stop & Shop then Target with Mommy on Thursday
- Picked out his new booster seat for the car - he is a growing boy
- Saturday morning, we went to soccer and with the great weather they were able to play outside
- This week at soccer, Alexander and the three other boys did well with listening and actually played well
- After soccer, Alexander & Daddy went over uncle Matt's so the boys can play for the afternoon
- Alexander & Michael played ball all afternoon
- Sunday morning, Alexander & Mommy went to Fenway Park for the tour of the ballpark
- Got to go on the actual field of Fenway Park and touch the Green Monstah wall
- Sunday afternoon, Alexander went down to Steve & Ann's house with Daddy for the afternoon

Fenway Park Tour...
This morning, Alexander & Mommy went on a tour of Fenway Park. It was beautiful weather and we had a great morning. We got there in the morning and enjoyed the gorgeous weather before heading into the ballpark.
Here is my future ballplayer jumping against the Green Monstah to catch a fly ball!
Part of the tour, we were able to go down onto the field. Alexander kept asking if we would be on the field and when our tour guide told us the special surprise I thought Alexander was the loudest of all. It was amazing to be on the field and to touch the Green Monstah.The tour brought us all around the ballpark - thru Rightfield, thru the concourse, onto the field, onto the Green Monstah seats (which as an amazing view of the field), and then into the oldest Grandstand seats in baseball.
It was such a great treat to go on the tour!

Weekly Glance...
Weekly Glance (Monday, September 26th - Sunday, October 2nd, 2011)
- Had a decent week at school
- Tuesday was a rough day at school - wasn't listening and argumentative
- Went with Mommy to get his haircut on Monday night
- Had to go to the office on Tuesday for hitting a friend
- Rest of the week was good at school
- While hanging with Daddy, had a couple of accidents
- Working with Mommy on creating his 'Behavior Star'
- Sleeping was good this week - however didn't spend each night in his bed
- Helped Mommy make dinner on Thursday night as Daddy had volleyball
- Friday night, went to dinner & errands with Mommy while Daddy worked late
- Saturday was a busy day - played cars with Mommy in the morning, Mimi & Papi came over to spend the day, went to soccer, showed Papi his bike riding skills, went to lunch, home to play games with Mimi & Mommy, watched Cars with Papi (Daddy was away for the day at a softball game)
- Sunday morning was a low-key morning
- Did his homework before going out for the afternoon - he has to bring in 5-10 leaves to school
- Went to Uncle Steven's with Daddy Sunday afternoon to play with his cousins
- The kids played baseball & football
