Weekly Glance...

Weekly Glance (Monday, April 11th - Sunday, April 14th, 2011)

• Had a good week at school - no major issues or timeouts
• However did take a nap EVERY day at school (much to our chagrin)
• Had some issues going to bed because of the napping
• Tuesday was PJ day at school - he was excited to wear his Superman jammies
• Wednesday night was a rough night going to bed with lots of fighting/whining - he lost some toys & stuffed animals due to not listening
• He threw monkey in his frustration so tried to give it back but he threw him again so he lost monkey for the night....he ended up coming in at 4:15am to "sneak" to get monkey
• Thursday night, Mommy & Alexander had a date to Target and then get new sneakers
• Alexander picked out new "lighty uppy" Lightening McQueen sneakers
• Woke up around 6:20am for both Saturday and Sunday
• Saturday morning, hung out with Mommy played a bit before gymnastics
• Did well at gymnastics - actually landed on his feet when jumping rather than acting silly
• Helped Daddy with the yard, after gymnastics, & did great with raking & shoveling
• After the yard, watched Alice in Wonderland with Daddy and didn't like it all that much
• Daddy & Alexander went to POPub for dinner (Mommy was at shower for cousin Arlene)
  
• Sunday morning was Daddy's morning and then got ready to go to Sesame Street Live
• Met Mimi & Papi at the Arena for Sesame Street Live
• Enjoyed the show but likes the characters from far away, not too excited having them up close
• After the show, went out to lunch with Mimi & Papi - at first he was temperamental & grumpy but thankfully he settled down and enjoyed hanging out
• Thankfully we had a low-key Sunday night after he took a small nap during the car ride home (then it was tubby & dinner) before bedtime
