Weekend Activities...Topsfield Fair

We had quite the busy weekend!

Saturday - we woke up & got ready for soccer and due to a potty accident, all the beds were stripped & sheets were washed before 9am!

Soccer was a lot of fun however Alexander really wasn't focused. He wasn't listening to either Coach Chip or Coach Priya. He did a drill once but then just decided to run around the room. Hopefully next week, he'll pay more attention.
After soccer, we went to get some groceries and Alexander showed Daddy how he is my helper at Stop & Shop with the scanner & picking out food. We went home, had lunch & the boys went outside to play/rake leaves while Mommy made lasagna & cleaned up a bit.
Saturday night was boys night as Mommy went to visit Chris & Chris, so Daddy put Alexander down to bed & because it was the third straight day of no nap, he went down fairly well.

Sunday - was a long yet fun day! Mimi & Papi picked up Alexander pretty early in the morning to go to the Topsfield Fair. It was an impromptu Grandparents Day as their friends also had their grandsons too - Alexander hung out with Jake & Brandon for the day!The boys rode some rides (Merry-go-round, train, & some race cars), then they saw some farm animals, had some lunch & checked out the tractors. Despite it being a little chilly, everyone had a great time!Once home, Alexander, Daddy & Papi played some baseball outside before it was time for dinner & tubby.

A very long, but fun, weekend...
