- Kids played a round of mini-golf, they ran around, played a few games (while I stalled time because Mommy left important stuff at home so Daddy rescued me out)
- They had cake & ice cream and continued to run around (I'm shocked no one hurt themselves)
- After the party on Saturday, Mommy & Alexander went out to dinner to Applebee's
- Mommy & Alexander played a lot of games once we got home to keep him active until bedtime (to help wear him out)
- Actually didn't fall asleep as quickly as I expected due to how busy his day was but had no issues

- Woke up in a very good mood - let Daddy sleep in, and planned to go out to lunch but due to behavior/not listening we stayed home
- Not listening/behavior resulted in an hour long temper tantrum
- Did have a better afternoon once he calmed down - Daddy opened his presents, then they played ball outside and then came inside and played with his racetrack
- Tub and family dinner for Daddy's birthday and then a very quick bedtime with no issues

Daddy's Birthday...
Today we celebrated Daddy's 40th Birthday by having a very low-key day at home.
We let Daddy sleep in, and the plan was to go out to lunch and enjoy the day! However, some had a bit of a temper tantrum so lunch was put on hold.Daddy opened up some presents and then Daddy & Alexander played with their cool racetrack which really kept Alexander fully entertained & giggly. We had a nice dinner and Alexander fell asleep rather quickly!

Birthday Party Festivities...
Today, Alexander had his 2nd birthday party. This time it was with his friends from school...these 8 kids have been in the same school since they were babies, so it's been fun watching them all grow up together. We had the party at Indoor glow-in-the-dark minigolf! The kids loved it! They played mini-golf, and ran around like crazy people!
We had them play a few games (duck duck goose, ring around the rosey) but they mainly wanted to run. After mini-golf, we did cake & ice cream! Mimi made the cool Superhero's birthday cake an it was a HUGE hit! The kids loved it and the parents were very impressed!

Happy Birthday...
Alexander had a great birthday! We started the day with birthday wishes, followed by a bowl of cereal at the kitchen table. He must be getting older as he actually had breakfast at the table!
He was so excited to bring cupcakes into class for his friends to celebrate!
After dinner, we had special pizza dinner before cake & presents! We sang Happy Birthday and he was excited to have yet another cake - he was excited to have ice cream cake but only wanted the chocolate part & a chocolate cupcake. He opened his presents and got some games, puzzles & storybooks on CDs from Mommy & Daddy. But we also got him a globe which he was very excited about - he wanted to know where everyone was from and where it was!
