Weekly Glance...

Weekly Glance (Monday, February 28th - Sunday, March 6th, 2011)

• Had an 'eh' kind of week
• Some days he was grumpy, others he was teary, and then other times he was super happy & had a ton of energy
• Did more than his fair share of talking back this week which resulted in timeouts
  
• Sleeping was mixed - some nights he slept the whole night thru & even woke up after 6am, other nights he came in around 3:30am
• He napped all week at school
• Monday, they had a magician come on Monday
• Tuesday, they had a fire drill
  
• Couldn't go anywhere after school with Mommy on Wednesday due to timeouts & not listening
• But we did go to Stop & Shop on Thursday after school (he was in a much better mood)
• Saturday morning, was gymnastics then errands with Mommy
• Went to Bass Pro Shops with Daddy in the afternoon
• Sunday morning was very low-key - lounged out in jammies until the afternoon
• Went to play indoor mini-golf with Daddy in the afternoon (to get him out of the house for a bit to use his energy)
• Played golf once at home and then it was dinner & tubby
• He slept past 6am both Saturday & Sunday
  
• This week, we've been playing A LOT of football & baseball upstairs. He cannot get enough and he loves to tackle. (he tackles hard too)
• Some meals he'll eat everything you put in front of him, other times he couldn't be bothered with food at all (weird growth spurts)
  
• Is getting to a point where he can read certain words (name, friend's names, little, truck)
• In true little boy fashion, loves to take off his pajama bottom & pull-up at night - he says "but Mom, I like to be naked"
• Will hear a word and tell you what it starts with "that starts with P" and all except for one he's been correct
• Also has a great memory when it comes to directions (how to get to school, where we went, etc)
• Excellent with his right & left
• Loves chocolate! (gee, I have no idea where he picked up that trait...)
