Finally...

Alexander has added a few more words to his vocabulary. Prior to today, the main word was 'dada'. He did a few 'lala' or 'baba' but never consistent. Dan, to his credit, has been trying to get 'mama' out of him but Alexander will say it when he's good & ready.

Well maybe this week he's starting to get ready. He said mama Friday night... and subsequently started to say it more and more this weekend. And with the new mama, he also said "ooh" a few times when we would laugh.

Speaking of him responding...we've noticed that when our voices get louder (not by yelling just talking or getting the other persons attention in another room), he'll grunt & screech as if he wants us to stop. He's not keen on people yelling or talking loud. He also doesn't like the loud noise of a grocery bag as he grunts at that too.
