Weekly Glance...

Weekly Glance (Monday, February 9th - Sunday, February 15th, 2009)

• Had a decent week at school despite two incidents (bumping heads & biting a little girl)
• Went to bed well but woke up early-early more than we would have liked
• Helped Mommy with arts & crafts for his valentine cards and had a mini photoshoot
• Had a pizza party on Wednesday for one of his classmates - enjoyed the pizza
• Went to Panera with Mommy on Thursday and had PB&J rather than Target for our weekly hotdog
• Celebrated Valentine's Day with a party at school
• Had snacks & gave out his valentine's to his friends & teachers - he got a little bag of valentine's as well
• Went out to dinner with Mommy & Daddy for Valentine's day - not only did he eat his french fries with ketchup, but he had broccoli, green beans & some prime rib and loved it. He couldn't eat the broccoli fast enough
• Went to Lowe's with Mommy & Daddy after dinner as he loves going to stores
• Loves going to stores and everytime we pass Stop & Shop he gets very excited and thinks we're going in
• LOVES the vaccum - loves to help, loves to hold the cord, loves to use the attachments on his own
• New words this weekend: dirty, please (but only a couple of times), girls
• Loves his monkey and has to sleep with him every night and have monkey with us as we read stories
• Woke up EXTREMELY early Sunday morning (3:30am!) and would not go back to sleep whether I rocked him, rubbed his back, put him in his crib, brought him in our bed...but the odd thing was that he didn't want to play he was simply wanted to lie there
• Hung out with Daddy Sunday afternoon as Mommy went out to lunch with Mel & Meg
• Meg & Mel stopped over before lunch and Alexander ABSOLUTELY loved them - he flirted and wanted Mel to play toys, blow bubbles and kept pulling her hand to go play
