Weekly Glance...

Weekly Glance (Monday, January 26th - Sunday, February 1st, 2009)

• Definitely a low key week
• Did well at school this week, loved circle time and craft time
• Had a bit of congestion/runny nose but nothing major (however did have a slight fever Saturday night but thankfully after some Motrin it didn't come back)
• Woke up early (5am) almost every day this week - probably because of the congestion/nose but went to bed well each night and most nights asleep by 7:30pm
• Made birdhouses & pinecones at school
• Has a Snow Day at home with Mommy on Wednesday - school closed the night before and it hadn't even started snowing yet
• Had our video sessions with his Tool box and his new attempts at Spanish
• Went to Target with Mommy after school on Thursday for what seems to be our weekly hot dog
• Friday night he woke up at 11pm for 90 minutes and then again at 3:45am where I finally brought him in bed with me (then neither of us slept well)...and I should clarify when he wakes during the night he's not awake in his crib playing. He wakes up crying and won't settle down until you go rub his back, or pick him up to cuddle
• Played with Daddy on Saturday & went to check out the local airport as Mommy went to the movies with her friend Stacey
• Grammie came over on Sunday to play and since he wouldn't nap, Grammie had more time to play
• Grammie & Alexander played blocks, trucks, colored, barrel of monkeys & ants in the pants (gave Mommy some time to do some cleaning & Daddy to chop away at the 3" thick ice on the driveway)
• After some spotty eating, ate pretty well for dinner and then did bedtime without an incident and was asleep by 7:15pm on Sunday
