Weekly Glance...

Weekly Glance (Monday, March 30th - Sunday, April 5th, 2009)

• Had a good week at school, played outside a few days
• Sang Ring around the Rosey & Hokey Pokey and loves it
• Really good with knowing the colors (blue, red, green & yellow)
• Getting really good with reciting the alphabet with Mommy - at the beginning of the week he would stop at 'O' and then just say 'nooo', but by Sunday, he would recite the whole thing - Letters he has trouble with J, K, U, V but the rest he does well
• Words: 'Computer' (and then he said Papi so he knows to associate Papi with computers), and 'Please' is also much improved
• Had some soup and couldn't eat it fast enough
• Playing catch with Daddy and caught a few balls
• Tuesday night was guys night for Daddy & Alexander (Mommy went to see NKOTB)
• Thursday: Mommy & Alexander had our weekly visit to Target for hot dog & milk - he *loves* the Target cafe lady (we don't know her name) and she's very sweet back to him (one day I'll have to video him and his reaction because it's very cute)
• Saturday: Mimi and Mommy took Alexander to get his 2 year 'official' pictures, rode the Ernie & Bert train, had a successful visit with the Easter Bunny, and then devoured lunch (hot dog & fries)
• Sunday: Had our 2-year check up with Dr. M (see previous post); went to church at St Marks with Mommy and did pretty good since we had a pew to ourselves; barely napped; vacuumed the office all by himself; played outside with Daddy (kicking the ball, golf, blowing bubbles, on the slide, and with neighbors Carly & Matty); and despite barely sleeping today he was in a great mood in the afternoon
